Annual Maintenance Contract Services
We provide Routine maintenance of equipment and systems, Preventive Maintenance of the Safety and Security Systems (Fire Alarm, PA, CCTV, ACS, BMS etc.) for the Safety and Security System. We provide free 24 hours out bond emergency callout service for our clients. Period Maintenance and Breakdown of IP based Network Systems, IP TV, SMA TV, IP Telephone and all types of the low Current systems Retrofit and Expansion works for the ELV Systems We do the Modification and upgrading of Existing Safety and Security system.
Execution & Project Management
Our engineers and technicians are trained and capable of performing many of the system integration and installation tasks for ELV projects. All our staff is trained in quality control and assurance, so whether a third party subcontractor or our own technicians and engineers perform the work, our customers always receive a quality job. We undertake all types of installation activities pertain to the ELV systems. We maintain high standard execution practices and widely accepted procedures for the system installations with safety norms. Project management services, we implement processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the project objectives, project time lines and within the planned budget. We do effective project planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and effective closing. We have dedicated project management teams, they provide all types of services for your project management activities.
Testing & Commissioning
Our team is trained and experienced with all types of testing procedures. We have dedicated Testing and Commissioning engineer teams to commission all types of ELV Systems including Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, IP CCTV System, Access Control System, Building Management Systems, SMA TV, Structured Cabling, Active and Passive IT components, Car parking systems and Digital Signage’s. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) will be furnished based on the project requirements. Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is performed by our engineers for all systems before handed to the client.
Training
NSSC stands out unique in having introduced such innovative training programs for the Fire & Safety, Security, Building Automation and all types of ELV Systems. We provide training for customer specific needs and our training programs are customized to the specific skill developments of the client or industrial needs.
However, for our in house projects, as a standard practice, once a project is completed and prior to handing over, NSSC ensures that proper training is being made to our client by our well experienced training engineer teams.
